Ceramic disc taps are again a different story and are more complex in servicing. Unless a brand is known of the tap it could be impossible to get the correct replacement parts. While ceramic disc taps are easy to use they a quite expensive to replace compared to traditional taps.

A Leaking kitchen sink spout in North Turramurra
Ron from North Turramurra recently decided to renew the spout at his kitchen sink taps. Ron called Dave from Drain and Plumb. Dave is a Sydney Plumber in Turramurra. The old spout had deteriorated from many years in direct sunlight. It was spray painted white and the paint was coming off.
The old spout was removed by Dave the plumber and a new chrome spout was installed. The unit was checked for leaks and was OK. Ron also had two leaking toilets to fix. Dave the plumber from Turramurra Sydney serviced both toilets as required with new inlet valves and new outlet washers. The toilet cistern operation was tested. The client was invoiced and the call was complete.
